Frequently asked questions

Short answers on topics that come up before the first session. Authoritative text: our terms and privacy policy.

Booking & payment

How do I reserve a slot?

Use contact, [email protected] or +43 1 526 48 92. State the service, rough duration and two or three preferred dates. We usually reply within 1 working day with quote and slot. The date is firm after written acceptance and a 30% deposit.

Which payment methods do you take?

Deposit by bank transfer; balance on session day in cash or card at the studio when agreed. Businesses get invoices with ATU78129561; 14 days net when agreed in writing. Transfer details are on quote and invoice.

Are online prices gross?

Yes. Published rates include 20% Austrian VAT. Example vocal hour: €98 gross, €81.67 net. The table on Services shows both columns per unit.

Do I always get a written quote?

Yes. Even short sessions receive a calculation upfront with service, time window, net/gross amounts and cancellation rules—so extra hours or deliverables are not surprises.

Can my company pay net?

With a valid VAT ID and B2B marking we invoice net; reverse-charge rules apply where relevant. We clarify this in the quote.

During the session

How long to record one song?

Lead vocal for a three- to four-minute track often needs two to four hours—depending on prep and comping wishes. A prepared band may track basics for several songs in one day; we plan realistically in the quote.

Can I bring guests?

One or two people in control are usually fine. Larger groups please announce in advance so volume and workflow stay workable.

Do you provide instruments?

For band recording drums, amps and headphones are available; guitars and basses you typically bring. The vocal booth has mic, pop filter and headphone mix ready.

What if we run over time?

Extensions only on your request and when the next booking allows. Extra time bills at the hourly rate for that service and is flagged in the quote.

Minimum age to participate?

Booking alone from 16. Younger participants need written guardian consent and an adult present for the whole session.

Files & delivery

What format do I receive?

Default WAV, 24 bit, up to 96 kHz—at project sample rate when agreed. Podcast deliveries also in common distribution formats. Handover via download link or your drive.

How long do you keep sessions?

We archive raw and project files for 12 months after the last related service, then delete unless agreed otherwise in writing. Back up locally in time.

What should I send for mixing?

Aligned tracks, consistent naming, short readme with tempo and key. See stems for mixing. Missing tracks cannot be reconstructed from thin air.

How many mix revisions are included?

2 revision rounds are included in mixing rates. One round bundles written feedback; further changes bill by effort.

Do you deliver streaming masters?

Yes via mastering with clear target formats. LUFS and naming guidance: master formats; final spec sits in the quote.

Rights & confidentiality

Who owns the recordings?

After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for you are yours. We do not claim co-authorship in your works—details in our terms.

Do you publish samples or client names?

Not without your prior written consent—for website, social media or portfolio. See privacy policy.

Do you use voices for AI training?

No. We do not use client recordings to train or test AI systems and do not create voice clones without explicit written permission from the person concerned.

Can I bring internet samples?

Only material you are licensed to use. Clearing samples is your responsibility; we do not provide legal advice. Resolve uncertainty before the session.

Where is the B2B data processing agreement?

Businesses processing personal data through us find the DPA on the site. General privacy info: privacy policy.
